Building Professional Relationships All Across Canyon County

Stronger together,

The 2C Collective Community Roundtable meets weekly each Thursday in Downtown Nampa to connect, share updates, and address the current needs of our ever growing community.

Through this collaborative approach, we provide professional services to one another, allowing us to better serve each other’s clients while meeting the broader needs all across Canyon County.

By fostering strong professional relationships and referring clients to trusted members within the group, we ensure that every client receives the highest standard of care from a trusted provider.

We are business leaders, owners, and professional service providers from all across the Treasure Valley, united by a shared goal: to make a positive impact on our community.

We believe in strengthening personal relationships, fostering goodwill, and building connections that extend beyond business—reaching neighbors, friends, and the community we serve.

Welcome to the Collective Community Roundtable

Our Story

What is the Roundtable?

In the spring of 2023, The Collective Realty Group had a meeting. Roundtables were brought up as an idea. Our team fell in love with this concept. On May 11, 2023 the very first 2C Collective Community Roundtable was held. Will Swygart, his admin assistant, & Jeff Lake attended. Our idea was to make it a true ROUNDTABLE where everyone has equal influence. Soon 3 people became 10 & then 20 & now we have a record of 89+ people attending. Due to rapid growth, we have moved from the Silvercreek Nampa office, to Stewart Title, to our current location of 323 11th Ave S, Nampa, ID 83651 (New Nampa Chamber of Commerce). Through the years, the Roundtable has become a place of collaboration, encouragement, community engagement, education, fellowship, support, networking, faith & so much more. We firmly believe by starting with prayer & then "WHAT WE ARE THANKFUL FOR", that the Lord has blessed this amazing group of people. In addition to our original 2C Community Roundtable, We are beyond excited to be expanding with our new 1A Community Roundtable with our first meeting planned for October 7th, 2025 at our new location at 1800 W. Seabrook St. in Meridian.

Want to be a part of a phenomenal group of human beings, industry leaders & growth mindset people?  Come check us out at The Roundtable!!

***20 Minute Presentation Breakdown***

  • From PROFESSOR Alan Crews - "The attention time of the listener has been shown to be on average 20 Minutes" ... Yeah, they did the research.

  • WHAT? - This is the time that our GUEST SPEAKERS have to speak.

  • WHY? - We have been asked over, & over, & over, for 2.5 years to offer OPEN NETWORKING time. This is now our first 15 minutes at Roundtable.

  • "Just a suggestion" as Uncle Bryan taught:

    • Set a 20 minute timer on your phone, watch or laptop when you start.

    • Practice your presentation before the meeting with a timer.

    • Watch for William "Tater" Swygart as he tends to flash a "FIVE MIUNTE" heads up to the speaker. We do not want to distract you. We do want to insure the speaker has time for wrapping up their presentation.

    • Cheers & God Bless!!!!!

10:05 - Around the room
               - Your name & company again, haves, wants, needs, announcements

               - Remaining 5 minutes used to clean up & put things away

11:00 - - Building cleared - Doors Locked

We love networking. Networking can be done before & after the meeting but we can not occupy the building outside of the scheduled times. Networking can continue outside or at a local restaurant or coffee shop.

Thank you for understanding & helping. We appreciate you.
